FAQs

Q?

Q?

Are lengthy contracts required?

A.

No.

Q?

If I just have an outdoor treatment and it rains – is it washed away?

A.

It's impossible to compete with mother nature, but we always take the possibility of inclement weather into consideration when doing outdoor treatments. The insecticides we use on the perimeter outside actually work better when they are watered in. Not much will stand up to heavy rains, however.

Q?

Do the chemicals you use have a bad odor?

A.

Most insecticides have little to no odor at all.

Q?

Will your spray stain my carpet?

A.

Most insecticides are mixed with water. If water doesn't stain, it's most likely not going to stain at all.

Q?

How are these bugs coming into my home? I keep a clean house…

A.

It doesn't always matter how clean your home is. Insects can be transported and it doesn't take much of an opening for them to make an entrance into your home. They can enter through the smallest of cracks.

Q?

Why should I use a professional pest control service when I could do it myself?

A.

Most homeowners are not trained and will over-use pesticides most of the time, which will over-expose those around them to more hazards. Pesticides should always be used according to the label instructions.

Q?

When can I expect to see results from a professional pest control service?

A.

Results depend on the type of insect, but you should see immediate results for most insects.

Q?

Do I have to leave my house when you perform your service?

A.

For the most part, no. But there may be certain situations where you may need to leave for a minimum amount of time. That would be discussed up front. Our goal is to always use low impact and minimum risk pesticides

Q?
